The primary need for Gly-Tech's industrial services in these markets is related to reoccurring issues, including routine maintenance, scheduled inspections, service change, mechanical repair and equipment upgrades. Secondary needs in these markets include safety, quality workmanship, timeliness and project management skills.

The specialized training and experience of Gly-Tech, combined with the mobility of the equipment, allow Gly-Tech to provide these services throughout the United States, without limitations.

The Gly-Tech QA/QC Program includes a perpetual on-the-job review of work practices by management to assure the overall quality of each project. The program includes an incentive bonus for the crew for accident free work that meets the quality needs of the client, as determined by the quality Service Document completed by the clients' field representative.

Process Design

Gly-Tech approaches each project in three fundamental steps, (a) task assessment and investigation, (b) solution and contingency definition, and (c) process implementation. The thoroughness of these steps, which is assured through the practical and technical expertise of the Gly-Tech management, professional staff and field personnel, is critical to the safe and cost effective project completion.

Safety

The Gly-Tech Safety Department meets the need for safety by designing and performing a comprehensive training program for field personnel. All projects are manned with company trained personnel.
